Join us at CLOSER2024 as we take time to go away with Jesus, drawing close to His truths and His Presence. Healing, freedom, refreshment, restoration, strength, hope, and more are promised in His Presence. GENERATIONS to come will be impacted by this time you spend with The King!

You will leave ~ we will leave ~TOGETHER ~ closer to our Jesus, closer to each other, and more empowered than ever to "go and make disciples...". The world is waiting for your Jesus.

Speaking of GENERATIONS...we welcome your teenage daughters who are hungry to experience His Presence and this retreat! Note: Ages 14 or over, accompanied by her mother is required.

We will be staying at Camp Blessing in Brenham, Tx. Registration includes two nights lodging and five meals. Feel free to bring your favorite snacks. Some special food requests can be accommodated. 

We will be staying in rooms with 2 - 4 twin beds (shared bathrooms). Sheets, blankets, & pillow for sleep accommodations are PROVIDED (although some women still bring their own!). Rooms are not assigned, so when you arrive, you choose your spot (and even your roomies) or be bold and let us choose a spot for you! 

Every lady asks this question! This is a very casual retreat. We will spend time laying & praying, on our feet worshipping, sitting on mats during times of ministry and preaching, and spending time outdoors enjoying God and His creation. Anything comfy is your best plan for these few days! We will be gathering in early December, and we are praying for great weather for you! Be ready to check your weather app before packing though, because this is Texas! You never know :) 

We are hoping to be able to water baptize any women who wish to be baptized for the first time or the hundredth time! Water baptism is so special and there are seasons in life where the old season washes away and Holy Spirit transitions us into fuller freedom. Even if you are unsure about being water baptized, bring clothing just in case! We end each retreat with this special time together, celebrating those who choose to participate.

Because this is a non-profit event and no compensation is collected by any person who is ministering, we are able to keep the registration costs low. In these types of scenarios, it is biblically correct to offer monetary gifts to show our overflowing gratitude and take care of people who have ministered to us. Although it is not required and not monitored, we encourage you to bring a monetary gift on the last day (check or cash). Please pray and ask The Lord what He would have you give.

• Comfy cloths for sessions
• Exercise mat for seating during sessions
• Personal toiletries, towel, washcloth
• Dark shorts/shirt for baptism
• Trash bag for dirty/wet clothing
• Water bottle/personal snacks
• Optional cash/check for offering
• Fishing gear if you like to fish
• Camping/beach chair for your relaxation down by the water or to use instead of an exercise mat during sessions
• Most importantly, bring an open and expectant heart. What you are needing from God, He is waiting to give you! We are about to have some truly intimate and fun days with our Jesus and each other!

• No children are able to attend this event. This is your time to totally focus on being met, touched, healed, and empowered by Holy Spirit. If you have a nursing infant, please contact Karen. Under certain circumstances, we may be able to accommodate.
• The registration fee covers the full retreat. If someone must attend only a portion (not recommended), the registration fee cannot be prorated.
• Registration is non-refundable but may be transferred up to 24 hours before start time.
